1. Acceptance of terms
These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the text (SMS / MMS) messaging program operated by Jet Boxing & Fitness, a brand of JJ’s Elite Training & Fitness, with principal place of business at 5000 Marsh Rd, Okemos, MI, 48864 US. By opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Program description
Jet Boxing & Fitness sends recurring text messages to mobile numbers that have opted in. Programs may include — depending on what you signed up for — appointment reminders and confirmations, order and shipping updates, status updates, customer-care replies, and other service-related communications about your relationship with us. The “Sender” identified in each message will be Jet Boxing & Fitness.
3. How you opt in (consent)
You opt in to our messaging program in one of the following ways. Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is never a condition of any purchase.
- Text-to-join: by texting a keyword (e.g. JOIN, SUBSCRIBE, YES) to our short code or long code as instructed at a point of sale, on our website, in marketing materials, or in conversation with us.
- Web form: by submitting your mobile phone number on a web form that clearly discloses (a) that you will receive recurring SMS messages from us, (b) the program description, (c) estimated message frequency, (d) that message and data rates may apply, and (e) the opt-out instructions in these Terms.
- In-person: by providing your mobile phone number at our location with a written or verbal opt-in disclosure that mirrors the web-form disclosures above.
- Existing relationship: where permitted by law, by providing your mobile phone number as part of an existing customer relationship for transactional messages.
4. How you opt out
You may opt out at any time and at no cost. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us, and we will stop. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your request, and then we will not send further messages unless you re-subscribe by texting START or JOIN.
Opting out applies to the messaging program you opted in to. If you are subscribed to multiple programs from us, you may need to opt out of each separately. Replying STOP to a specific program will stop that program; replying STOP ALL will stop all programs.

6. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on which program you opted in to and how you interact with us. For example: transactional updates are sent only when triggered by your activity; promotional programs typically send up to several messages per month. We will not exceed the frequency disclosed at the time of your opt-in.
7. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge a fee for our messages, but your carrier may. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
8. Supported carriers
Our messaging program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Google Voice, and their respective mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
Information collected through this messaging program is governed by our Privacy Policy, linked at the top and bottom of this page. Mobile information collected as part of SMS opt-in is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in to our messaging program. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provided, and that you have the authority to consent on its behalf.
11. Disclaimers
OUR MESSAGING PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE DELIVERY OF MESSAGES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MESSAGES THAT ARE DELAYED, UNDELIVERED, OR MISDIRECTED BY YOUR CARRIER OR ANY INTERMEDIATE PROVIDER.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the messaging program or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the messaging program or via posting on the page where these Terms appear. Your continued participation after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which JJ’s Elite Training & Fitness is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the messaging program.
