1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Jet Boxing & Fitness (“we”, “us”, “our”), a brand operated by JJ’s Elite Training & Fitness with principal place of business at 5000 Marsh Rd, Okemos, MI, 48864 US, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you interact with us — including when you receive text (SMS / MMS) messages from us, send messages to our phone number, sign up on our website, or otherwise communicate with us.

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you consent to receive SMS messages from us as described in this Policy and our SMS terms of service. You can withdraw consent at any time — see the “Your choices” section below.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: (a) information you give us directly, (b) information we collect automatically when you interact with us, and (c) information we receive from service providers acting on our behalf.

    • Contact information: your name, mobile phone number, and email address when you provide them.
    • Communications: the content of text messages, emails, and other messages you send to us.
    • Message metadata: timestamp, delivery status, carrier, and message status codes returned by our messaging service provider.
    • Account or transaction information: details related to the goods, services, or relationship you have with us.
    • Technical information: when you visit our website, we may collect IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited.

3. SMS communications and mobile opt-in

Mobile opt-in: when you opt in to receive SMS messages from Jet Boxing & Fitness — for example by texting a keyword to our number, completing a sign-up or contact form that clearly discloses SMS communications, or signing up in person — you consent to receive recurring text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How we use mobile information: we use your mobile phone number and message content solely to deliver the messages you requested, respond to your replies, provide customer support, send transactional notifications related to your relationship with us, and improve our messaging operations.
Program details:

      • Message types: appointment reminders and confirmations, status updates, customer-care replies, and other service-related communications about your relationship with us.
      • Message frequency varies depending on the program you opted in to and how you interact with us.
      • Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge a fee for our messages, but your carrier may.
      • Opt out anytime by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Reply HELP for help. See “Your choices and rights” below for full details.

4. No sharing of mobile information for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

In plain English: we do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your phone number or your consent to receive messages with anyone else for their own marketing.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

      • Deliver the products, services, and messages you requested.
      • Respond to questions, complaints, and feedback.
      • Operate, maintain, and improve our products, services, and messaging programs.
      • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
      • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

6. How we share information

We share information only as described below:

      • Service providers: we share the minimum information needed with companies that provide services to us — including our messaging delivery provider (Telnyx) and downstream wireless carriers, our CRM and email infrastructure, our hosting and analytics providers, and our payment processors. These providers are contractually bound to use information only for the services they provide to us.
      • Legal and safety: we may disclose information when we have a good-faith belief that doing so is required by law, legal process (e.g. subpoena, court order), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or the public.
      • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
      • With your consent: we will share information with other third parties when you direct us to.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Mobile phone numbers used for SMS communications are retained for the duration of your opt-in plus a reasonable period after opt-out so we can honor your STOP request and demonstrate compliance.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No security program is perfect — if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at the address below.

9. Your choices and rights

Opt out of SMS: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages until you re-subscribe.

Help: reply HELP to any message to get a response containing our contact information.

Access, correction, deletion: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request that we delete your information. Email us at the address below.

California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents: where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using our services or receiving our messages, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via additional notice (for example, by email or in-app banner) where appropriate.
